I made Kalguksu using the recipe from Shinshine's blog

  • Thank you for posting the recipe! I saw it when you posted it then kind of forgot about it. Then on Maagchis site someone asked about Kalguksu and it hit me at the right time. I did make one mistake. I was the only one in the house so I ate the whole batch myself....

  • @dannyyoo When I put some flour before rolling, I should have put more. Also make sure not to press the dough when you cut.
