There are many ways to develop six pack abs at home. This is not limited to the classic sit-ups as an exercise to develop abs. Of course, diet is also a factor but here we would like to concentrate on exercises you can do at home to get that desired abdominal muscles.
First off, be informed that exercises are divided into three categories: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The reason there is this segregation is that the abdominal muscles cannot be subjected to too much strain. Just like any other muscle groups, there has to be a graduated process before moving from one exercise to another-from simple to complex.
For beginners, one common exercise is called the crunches. This is a great workout to build six pack abs at home. Beginner crunches should also be executed with care. What you need to do is to lie down on the floor with your hands at the back of your neck. You can also cross your hands over your chest. Lift your head off the floor and try to meet your knees. This way, you will contract your abs and exercise the muscles. Do this in several repetitions and sets.
The workout is under 24 minutes, and the best thing about it is the exercises are easy to learn, but very very effective when put into this combination. Note: Follow the workouts in this order and it will produce insane results.

@shakaama I would only work out once a day for an hour or 30 minutes because your muscles need to heal and build after a work out

I have 14 hours of free time after work and 3 days off. For the days off can i do this twice a day: 7am and 12pm for faster results? Or is this little 25minutes the only thing you recommend?
