Pro-Aqua (Pure Elements) customer wanted to cancel contract within canceling period according to the Cooling-Off Rule. After the verbal notification the business owner cashed the $1,431 check and claimed that the contract was never canceled in writing. The buyer keeps fighting to return the Pro-Aqua and to get the money back. She was even on the local Channel 7 News.
WOW, you are crazy! I bought the vacuum brand new at affordable homeelectronics . com for $1,499 and the carpet shampooer was included. Unfortunately the pump broke after a while.

I am feeling that I really got ripped off! I paid more than $ 2,500. What really sucks is that the motor stopped working after just a few times cleaning and they have to fix it. I will also contact the better business bureau in my town.

It is bad enough that Pro Aqua ignores the 72 hour cooling-off rule. But what bothers me even more is that I paid almost $2000 for the vacuum and not just $1400 like the customer in the video. The sales rep told that I already got a special price because I put it on my credit card. I wonder how much other customers paid for it?!?
