Is "Green & Black's Fairtrade Organic Cocoa Powder" suitable?

@krazzyrkb : I will try and answer all your questions in one comment :)
-regarding Green and Black Cocoa Powder - make a small batch so you do not ruin and waste your ingredients or your efforts. We have not tried that particular brand but it should work.
- sweetened cocoa powder has added sugar whereas unsweetened does not :) You burfi might end up too sweet.
-Castor sugar should be OK.
-Fresh Cream should also work, try and get full fat and not low fat.
