this is for my grandpa he was my best friend and allways will be even though he is not with us no more i love him the most i was with him everyday of my life even when he was sick i took care of him i am 19 now it was been 5 years since he left us but it seems like yesterday he was here i miss him the most he took care of me him and my mom bt mostly him

Beautiful tribute..thank you..our family is going thru watching my beautiful DIL and her siblings suffer from HD..I am wondering if any of the family has been tested?..Best of luck..

I too have those same pictures, only with me and my father. He just passed away in May due to Huntington's disease. He was in the Navy like your grandfather. He was only 57. I am so glad you added your tribute here - thanks. Take care.

My grandfather actually was not a very nice guy at all, but when I realized that it was the disease causing him to be that way and not him, I was able to understand and let more go. It's not easy.
