Fallin Questions Pentagon Officials About Due Process

The man was ordered to take the prisoner home. He disobeyed that order. And he stripped him with a knife, then shot and killed an unarmed man. Then he placed a grenade under the dead man's head to mutilate his body and disguise his crime. Then he stuffed the man he murdered in a culvert in an attempt to hide the body.
These are ALL dishonorable actions, and war crimes. I love our military. I was a Marine myself. But this man is a disgrace, and he deserves every day he spends in prison.

Gilliganification - or whatever you call yourself! You are speaking from extreme ignorance. Firstly, have you EVER been a combat veteran? Your ignorance is showing! Secondly/Lastly, you speak from your "moral high-horse" - not really knowing what happened and criticize your fellow American - how dare YOU!!! Travel to Iraq, fight any terrorists for months and ONLY THEN can you speak with such self-righteousness about your own actions, but NEVER about another of my "brother soldiers."

We all need to understand that the huge outcry of support is for some one who ALLEGEDLY killed a naked man while unlawfully interrogating him and after shooting him twice, failing to report a shooting. The prisoner was put into his custody to be returned to his village. Hell I would like to know what the officers above him were smoking when they sent him out with a Lt. who thought he had been the one who killed his men a week earlier. His superiors should be investigated as well!

Mary Fallin is ill informed in the case: Behenna killed a man, tries to burn the body afterwards and fails to inform his superiors. These are not the honorable actions of an honorable man. Honor demands truth. I will defend good men who err while acting in good faith. Behenna did not act in good faith. Honor demands that we cull from our numbers those that do not act in good faith.

Thank goodness someone is speaking out for this young man. May God Bless Mary Fallin and her efforts and May God reach the heart of those in power who are able to do something about this atrosity that has taken place in this young mans life.
