Vampire at night.wmv

The Arrow/ Vekoma suspended coaster at Chessington on the first night of the Halloween bash. Firstly the sound and light effects in the tunnel, secondly the station with it's fabulous soundtrack and lastly an onride video, in the dark.

@andyknight1 That's OK. Next year I am going to go on it and I will make sure that I do. It looks a great ride and looks really fast as well. I think it will be great fun!!! I was queueing up for the front row when I videoed the station scene.

Top speed of the ride is about 45 MPH but seems faster at night. It's a good fun ride all round.

@andyknight1 Thanks very much for that. I realised from your video that I need to watch a few rides dispatch first so that I can hear what the operator says to be able to follow their instructions. It will be my first time on Vampire so I'll be nervous. Thanks once again for filming.

Yeah, I would do the same if I was a first timer on a ride.

What a great video and thanks for uploading. Must have been very scary to ride Vampire in the dark especially with no light on the se3cond lift. Must have been a problem had the ride broken down on that lift and no one could see. But Vampire I feel is a great ride even thought I have never been on it!
