  • To TheraBandAcademy: do you mean 2-3 sets of 15 per day, or 2-3 sets of 15-- 3 times a day? I just bought the bars on ebay. Thanks

  • The exercise should be performed only once a day

  • Also, if you've got tennis elbow in the left arm, does the right arm start on top? And, how many repetitions at a sitting, and per day?

  • Yes, the involved side always starts on the bottom. Start with 2-3 sets of 15 repetitions with the red, and then progress to the next color when you can do 3 sets of 15 easily.

  • I am a chiropractor, I have just successfully treated a patient with lateral epicondylitis using this technique. I also adjusted, and used ART on the area. This was a chronic case, and may return, but this technique was what made the difference.

  • my arm hurts too much to hold it out completely straight, do i need to wait until it hurts less to try this exercise?

    where is tim tyler located? i'd love to go directly to his office to make sure i'm doing this correctly. thnx.
