@PEIDanielScott Its hard when there is no teacher in irish/scottish folk music in my area.. And still it takes years to play really well

@samhaindk My very first piece of advice to you is find yourself a good teacher with no less than fifteen years of experiance. I myself have started taking lessons and I can play a few jigs already, but a good teacher goes a loooong way. I tried learning on my own for an entire year, and all it gave me was bad habits to work out.
