  • OOOOHHH gettin there. I dun fell off and got rand ova by the wagon but I'm up tryin again. I found that if you do leg lifts without that crossed leg thing it's easier and i get better results for my thighs. just lift like 10in or so from ankle to ankle and sometimes Hold and put back together while laying on side.then do other side. I can do more with music or while watching tv. my mom has no thighs cuz she does it so often. I gotta try harder. Good Luck! Toodles~ :-D
