Basically what she's saying is that God is the same,he never changes,he always do some new things in our lives! She's then kind of giving her testimony that she was rejected,people didnt care about her etc.(people change).But God never change.. and the chorus is saying "God never changes,he never changes,he always do new things (wonders) etc..and then she repeats it.
Sorry,its not exactly word by word..but in overall that's what she's saying..
