best atk combo for any rogue is (starting Blind spot or Shadowstab --Lowblow -- Wound attack) ;)

with a rouge primary i would go with whichever has the highest damage. the attack speed wont matter much because you arent going to be firing your weapon very often. crossbows USUALY are slower and hit harder.
