This is a travel log to introduce to you all Northern China cuisine during my last COLD COLD trip to Shenyang and Dalian in -30 degree weather. Brrr...but the good thing is all their food is geared to keeping the body warm (even though I still had to wear 5 layers of clothing). Most of their dishes are spicy and very flavorful. Hope this slide show will give you a good idea as to what they eat up North as each city in China serve very different style of food.
