  • Pokemon Yellow for me

  • @CrusaderGundam i liked them all. i have the yellow opening on my channel as well. but yea yellow was a bit better than this one hahahahah

  • does anyone else notice that the pokemon sprites in Green were different than Red and Blue?

I think it's pretty cool, i wish they had brought this over too...:/

  • consider pokemon green version to be the beta version where they developed the sprites way before the anime. then blue came out in japanese and they changed the sprites

  • @kurumilover2003 We didn't get any of the japanese games (including the japanese red and blue). The english red and blue are a mixture of the japanese red ,green and blue all thrown together. For the full story see a site like bulbapedia :P But the basics are like this: Red and Green came first in Japan, around 7 months later Blue came with improved graphics. When they made the english games,They took Red and Green as a base, added Blue's graphics and text to them and renamed Green to Blue.

  • I used to live in sanjose California in the bay area, where we had a lot of Japanese immigrants and Japanese Americans. They had this game, in it's original Japanese box with bulbasaur on the front , when the American versions first came out, being sold at the mall, but it was imported so it cost a lot. I never knew what it was, until I later found out that Japan had red and green versions, instead of red and blue.

  • @kurumilover2003 I just relized that some of the sprites that are in Green poses are used for the offical artwork for Red and Blue! Or whatever artwork it is. =)

  • @kurumilover2003 There diffrent cuase people were complaning they didnt look like anything in the anime i say screw the anime and enjoy the games cuase they were orginaly vidoe games spwned into animes and mangas.
