TUTORIAL:
PC: Press space button when your opponnent wants to strike, after that push any atack button to perform a trick
PS3: Press X button when your opponnent wants to stike, after that press TRIANGLE OR CIRCLE to perform a trick

That is a question i answered many times and i do it one more time:

PC: hit space button when the opponent strikes after the dodge push any attack button to counter attack.

PS3: Press X when opponent strikes, after the dodge press Triangle or Circle to counter attack.

For X-box i don't know

all ya do is when he strikes make sure he's not to close and press A and then either Y or B. And Y is for like bigger hits and b is regular. Y also hits slightly farther than B :3
