This is funny!!! Here's a guy that makes the laws and can't live up to the laws. He knows damn well that the police are enforcing the laws that he voted for and are required to enforce with NO special treatment.

When I was a kid, his grandfather was mayor and my mom used to talk about the fact that he was a "drunk" - Perhaps this is a generational cycle that needs to be broken.
