"Hobos" very in circumstance and personality quite a bit. Unfortunately, many are on the streets because of an abuse, but others have a disorder or uncontrollable situation that put them in a bad place. Those who aspire to be better, deserve help. Others, probably should help themselves first. Must like @Filmhawk said. Either way, it's a very sad situation.

@ST1RFRYTV Yes and i totally agree with you.. It is very sad regaurdless of how they got in the situation. But there comes a time in our lives were we have to take a stand and better ourselves. Even if its a small step like for the homeless. :) Thank you for the comment.

no but i have a good reason most bums are on the streets because of drug abuse or alcohol abuse but there are some that are crazy and thats not there fault you really should not give the junkies and wineos your money but if u can tell the differences of a crack head and a crazy person they are almost the same but the crazy ones need help not the Crystal meth tweekers they can die they are wasting space in our world thanks if u read this
