@lancer1934 Hey man!, i thought that as well even though im a Tae kwon do Instructor. In reality if you want to gain flexibility even though your muscle's are sore just try the best you can the next day it will come off after proper warmup ( 5-10 ) *break a sweat* (you must also let your tendons rest for about 2 days of the week if you have the time do it 1 hr every day and chill in the weekends ) also remember to be flexible you need to drink lots of water and maintain a right amount or nutrien

omg i can do that cause ive been taking gymnastics since i was 4 YEARS OLD AND I CAN SO DO THAT BUT IT IS HARD

She makes it look sooooooo easy. completely effortless. wow. i would LOVE to be that flexible. It's take a commitment to work on it every day and for me. I become sore the next day and sets me back days even weeks.
