Shania got a bad rap because she wrote some gimmicky songs that were not typically country--to say nothing of the fact that she was at first shunned by other ladies of country music at first...probably because she's so incredibly gorgeous that there was a little catty jealousy going on. She's earned her place, though. She may not be one of the classically great voices of C&W but she's pretty good and she's still one of the best looking women on the planet.
