Team Fortress 2 Goldrush - 2 Engineer glitch secrets

How to get in to the two fenced off area in the first round of pl_golrush as a Red engineer. If you can't understand the narrator here is what he is saying:

Hi, I'm going to teach you how to do two glitches on goldrush in Team Fortress 2.
First you build a teleporter entrance outside of spawn, as usual.
Then you climb up the stairs and build a dispenser right in the corner.
Make sure you build it on the little stump for extra height.
Collect some metal, jump onto your dispenser, then try to jump across to the ledge, and then over the fence.
This area can be used to place a sentry and teleporter, however some soldiers can reach it from the far right.
But I'm going to try to build a teleporter exit in the window over there.
Get the teleporter ready to throw in as you fall.
If you are lucky, like me, then you will land on a tiny ledge.
You may have to jump on the spot a bit to place the teleporter exit.
Then, let me show you the view from the attackers side.
You should know that there are fences covering the positions I have placed the teleporter in. The fences will only be opened when the attackers get the cart to the first control point.
The teleporter and the area in there will be guarded by the fence until the attackers capture.
Destroy the unneeded Dispenser.
Resupply on metal and use your teleporter.
As you can see the fence is locking you inside.
Place the sentry so that it can reach the far wall at the furthest away point as possible.
Also, but it to the far left so Demomen can't destroy it as easily.
Go back in the room to find the resupply box for metal.
You will probably need a dispenser due to highly lickly constant attack from the enemies.
The view as an attacker is very shielded, and can't see the sentry with ease, probably due to them not suspecting it to be there.
The sentry will only start to fire once the attackers have captured the first point, and unlocked the gates.
There's no chance of rear attack because of the difficulty in reaching there in the first place. There will be no spy attacks unless you let them come in from the front.
Let me show you the view from the inside once more.
Remember there a two fences that unlock, I'd I've only shown you how to hijack one of them. Let me show you the other one, it is alot easier.
Place a Dispenser, along the edge of the higher platform.
Go back to base to collect metal. No. Go upstairs to collect metal.
Jump aboard your dispenser, and jump again to place a teleporter on the higher platform.
You no longer need your dispenser.
Oh dear, run along now.
Always taunt on teleporters.
Always remember you metal.
Use your teleporter.
You are inside the second secret area.
Place a sentry.
If you have somebody else go in the other secured area then you will probably win the round, and have fellow engineers spam the voice channel on asking you how you did it.
Remember to taunt during victory.
And explode.
