  • My husband bought me several pieces of copper cookware that is tin lined. Would this make a good vessel in which to sear meat? What temp. should I use? Also, if you are able, can you tell me a source that will show me how to care for the tin? I'm afraid to use it most times. Thanks for any help you can give me. Love your Cooks Illustrated website, btw! Have learned TONS on that site. (Am a subscriber of probably 2 years; the hard-copy before that!)
