No need to go to an Indian store, actually. Semolina is available even in non-Indian stores. It's what Italians use to make homemade pasta, Greeks to make halwa and so on.

Ghee is clarified butter. You take butter and boil it very very gently and with a perforated spoon take out all the white crust that forms on the surface. You do that again and again. Then, before it starts getting brown, turn off, and pour in a jar. Don't pour the thick part which is on the bottom. This is homemade ghee. This said, you can also buy it in Indian or Middle Eastern stores. It's better than butter because it keeps outside the fridge and doesn't burn.

@raficsulejmanovic We indians are not such illiterates to get confused if u ask for stuff in english. You can just ask for semolina and get it.
