I've actually seen an Etihad A320 land at dubai :/

this can't be emirates(coz they dont operate a320's),etihad (their hub is in abu dhabi)or oman air(they have 737's,a330's but not a320's) .
i have a feeling that this is either airblue or kingfisher airlines.

I dont think Etihad fly to Dubai, their hub is Abu Dhabi, they run buses though from Abu Dhabi to Dubai.

i guess thats indian airlines the pilot sounds indian and they also hav loads of A320's flying to Dubai..

I completely agree. Emirates do noy have any a320's it is either Kuwait Airways or even Oman Air, something in the region.
