Um, no. A wiretapping violation requires an expectation of privacy. To top it all off the police had to pay a $19,000.00 settlement for violating the rights of Hoa Vang. That should put a stop to BS about needing permission to record the police.

So using police logic, police dash cameras are illegal. I think citizens should be allowed to publicly film in most cases. I think it is their civic duty. I think someone needs to watch the police and other government officials; to keep them straight.
