Kyosho Lazer ZX-R with Vector X11 6.5t

This is a Kyosho Lazer ZX-R I restored. It's powered by an LRP Vector X11 6.5t brushless motor and the LRP Sphere speed control is set at the softest settings. It can take a higher pinion, after this run all electronics were cool.

Hey there, nice ride! Do you have any estimate on the speed the LRP Vector 6.5t puts out in your buggy? I'm thinking of getting one, the price seems damn decent.

I have no figures, but it's pretty fast. I got a great deal on the Sphere when only the sphere and Novak SS were available to the mainstream, if I had to pay full price on a brushless system now I'd definitely get a Castle Creations Mamba Max.

hey dude, the lrp brushless setup doesn't seem fast... But I wanna buy the 6.5t, how fast does it go? Cuz I want that my car goes 40+mph. thanks

It's very undergeared in the video, it can pull at least 3-4 teeth more on the pinion, and I ran it off an old 2000mah 6-cell nicd. I have no idea about top speed figures, but it's fast enough to be scary when getting near it. I still haven't reached its top speed because it gets squirmy. I'd say that 40+ mph is a possibility. There are better options out there though.
