I hope these videos make people more aware of the beauty of our planet and our need to care for it instead of destroying it and to remember the calming relaxing effect that just watching and mainly getting out in nature has on the spirit instead of using tranquilizers and sleeping pills or tranquilizer any doctor can give that can equal the natural calming effect of just sitting by a beautiful lake or walking along the seashore can have.
