@charlycash He isn't stopping anyone from having children , he is improving conditions in LEDC's so people don't produce childrens to work for them ( as the couples will be able to work due to improvement in healthcare) . He is basically helping people's health so they can work longer and therefore don't have sex and have like 10 children ( no joke) to work for them. Most of these baby's die before age 10 and they have more and more sex to produce more and more. Research it.
