A comment from someone who stumbled onto this argument quite by accident looking for something sublime - this division within the Roman Church is the principal reason I became Anglican after forty odd years as a Catholic. We have our problems but they pale into naught when both lists are comepared side by side. If nothing else, this post by someone considered apostate by all Roman Catholics should pour some balm on open wounds!

Anglicanism is heretical and illogical, not to mention MAN-MADE, how can you possibly believe in a sect that was created by the whims of an impure and heretical man?

There is no "division" in Roman Catholicism; what happens is that AureusVenerabilis is NOT a real Catholic, but a phony posing as a Catholic.

Not to mention that we are in the Great Apostasy right now: the last 5 supposed "popes" have been in fact antipopes, and what would-be the Church in Rome right now, is NOT the Church.

Yes, he was loyal when the Church was fine, in the late 19th century, when there was a real Pope

Do you know what? It doesn't make sense to have any discussions with you... We can argue forever, but is there any reason to do it? You will always tell me that JPII. isn't a pope... I know that there is the truth... Leave me alone, will you?

Yes, you really are blind, for the Church teaches that even someone who claims to be the Pope, should he become a manifest heretic, CEASES to be the Pope ipso facto, and that someone who is a heretic, CANNOT be a real Pope.
