  • what a petty view of god. For some reason, we are all punished to hell because of adams and eve eating a fruit. This makes god a tyrant and very insecure and what do we haveto do. "belive". The romans belived in jesus, the jews belived in jesus and the demons believed in jesus. They all knew he exsisted and died and resurected on a cross. The idea of belive here is a action verb, not a noun. It is a lifestyle not understanding.

  • Im unsubscribing to these FALSE TEACHERS AND FALSE DOCTRINES

  • Epic Fail! Dude does not know Pauls teachings whatsoever, GOD CHOOSES US, GOD IMPARTS THE MEASURE OF FAITH, by HIS mercy and grace. WE ARE NOT APART OF THE SALVATION PROCESS. Study with Tentmaker (org) , Martin Zender, What the HEll is HEll, Universal Salvation, people, google these sites, pray study, and MAY THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING GOD OPEN YOUR EYES AND DELIVER YOU ALL FROM A SPIRIT OF RELIGION. God Bless to all who read these words!!!!

  • Ok, this is of the chain with false doctrine, obviously this guy does not have a clue about the "ages" or eons. PEOPLE..we ARE NOT apart of the salvation process. it is not like our "believing" kick starts the promises of God. the work is already done on the cross 2000 years ago..read 1 timothy 4:9-10 ALL men are SAVED. we just come IN, in different order, those that believe NOW will be entering the millenium the rest will come later. My God , I as so frustrated with "christians"

  • @doctrinesdivide: and again brother in 1 John 2:2 as you rightly pointed out, the word propitiation doesn't mean hypothetical or possible appeasement of wrath, but literal and actual. So to say that Christ literally did this for 100% of individuals is to be left with universalism. Also, you are assuming that the dividing line between "us" and "the whole world" is Christians and non-Christians, but in reality it seems it would be "Jews" and "Gentiles".

  • @doctrinesdivide: it's the person who asserts that the author of Hebrews, in chapter 2 verse 9 is speaking of all individuals in human history that is really left with the burden of proof and could be accused of reading something into the text.

  • @doctrinesDivide. Regarding Heb 2:9 brother, consider the context of the surrounding passage, don't just strip it from its context. the author of hebrews goes on to speak of "the brethren" and "the congregation" and "the many sons being brought to glory" and "those who are sanctified". Obviously that's who he is speaking of, and Christ's death is for them. The verse does not say (nor imply) that all individuals without exception are in view here.

  • Belief and repentence.

  • Also what do you do with this verse that states - Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should TASTE DEATH FOR EVERY MAN. This verse lainly states that Christ died in the place of every man, again not just the elect or those that accept him, thats reading something into the text and adding to God's word. So how does these verse fit into your synopsis ? Thanks

  • If you claim that Jesus only died "for" those who met the condition, (Those who get Saved, Believe, etc..) then what do you do with this verse? 1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation FOR our sins: and not FOR ours only, but also FOR the SINS OF THE WOLD WORLD. The word Propitiation here means (according to Webster's 1828 Dictionary ) "Appeasing the wrath of and conciliating thefavor of an offended person." So this is saying that He appeased the debt for the WHOLE WORLD not a few!
