OMG Mike, I love this. You know I love you singing this song. Great video. So many men and women are awaiting the return of their loved ones. My daughter will be one of them in the not so distant future. Her bf is stationed in Missouri but we know it is only a matter of time before he is deployed overseas. They already miss each other so much and he hasn't even left the US yet.

@generationkeeper How sweet it was your song with your sweetheart. Yes this is a beautiful song. I have heard the original but I prefer Mikes much more. Of course I adore Mike and he has an awesome voice. This truly is a beautiful tribute to our men and women who are away from their loved ones. I am so glad you enjoyed it as much as I did.
