Recipe used in this video:
3 half-inch thick pork loins
some salt
flour
1 egg for the batter
panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
onion
green onions

--sauce--
just under 1 cup of water
~1 tsp granulated dashi
4 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
4 tbsp mirin
4 tsp sugar
2 eggs (to finish)
