writing this song took me maybe and hour but recording it took like a month, i would choke up every time i started recording it, Nicholas is doing very well with his diabetes , he is now on the pump and it seems to work very well....sorry if i made you cry but im glad it touched someone else besides just my son, good luck and keep in touch

@saralynn3 type 2 and type 1 are not the same thing hyou dont have to inject atleast 4 times a day and i eat everything i want i shouldnt but i do aslong i give mysel my injection and you werent a kid when you got it you were a young adult you couldve avoided this but you didnt so yea

this song fro real made me cry..... i have type 2 diabetes i found october 9th 2009. and i was just 17 it was so hard not being able to eat what my friends eat. sometimes i would get so sick i would puke up everything i ate and i would get so sick i would ache all over. my blood sugars would raise then 3 hours later the would be normal. its hard being a kid and dealing with this.... your kid is strong

Love this song. Very well done. My son was 9 when he was diagnosed. His blood sugar was 799. Scariest time of my life.
