Definetly rockabilly nand definetly not played along with the mainstream r&r back in the doowop era. It was all mainstream around these parts which included the likes of Chuck, Little Richard, Dale Hawkins, Bobby Vee, The Crests, Bobby Darin, Eddie Cochran and The Kalin Twins just to name a few. Elvis??, of coarse Elvis where would rock and roll have been if not for Elvis....like Christmas without Santa Ho HO HO.
