He explains that farmers and ranchers care for people, the animals they raise and the land in their care. Johnson also explains that people should take a moment to appreciate Americas farmers and ranchers who dedicate their lives to providing food for everyone else.

when you know the facts about farming, its absurd to see the crap propagated in the media (Food Inc and all of that). Not only is it incredible how they just lie, but more over how people instantly believe these "facts" that some guy sitting in Starbucks put on his blog. Listen to your farmers, scientists, etc. They know the truth. And thank you, for feeding America.

I agree. It is a way of life that I loved but ranches don't keep married hands on because it costs too much to keep a married hand with kids. We would always be let go just shy of 6 months. I too have worked from OR. to Tx. everything in between including MT. I love it. my husband loved it but couldn't deal with the being fired or let go and replaced by someone who would work for cheaper than $800/mo. incl. rm/board. I must say, it was great for our kids :) Thank you ranchers/farmers
