Lack of sidewalks while cars are driving at 50 mph or more only increases the chances of pedestrians and bicyclists of getting hit. This suburban sprawl design has failed miserably. It automatically excludes those who choose not to commute using a vehicle. This video takes place in Cartersville, Georgia, a quintessential suburban sprawl. No reliable public transportation exists in this area.
Geez, I'm glad SOMEBODY other than me noticed this nonsense. >.< How is it not anything other than common sense to have sidewalks available for pedestrians? Personally, I think you could use some narration during the video to point out to people on youtube exactly what they're looking at. Unfortunately, some people don't bother to read video descriptions. I've made a video similar to this, except I was walking. Any chance you could check out my video too and offer some feedback?
