How to Make Dorayaki どら焼きの作り方

Ingredients for Dorayaki (Sweet Red Bean Paste Pancakes)
(6 pieces)

2 Eggs
80g Johakuto White Sugar or Raw Sugar (2.82 oz)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

50ml Water (1.69 fl. oz)
130g Cake Flour (4.59 oz)
1~3 tsp Water to adjust the thickness of the batter

100g Premade Anko (Red Bean Paste) for whipped cream anko (0.220 lb)
150g Premade Anko for regular Dorayaki (0.331lb)

50ml Whipping Cream chilled in a fridge (1.69 fl. oz)
1/2 tbsp Sugar

** When baking pancakes, set the griddle at about 340 degrees °F (170°C). Higher temperature would cause pancakes to burn easily and lower temperature would make them hard and dry.

＜材料＞（計6個分）
卵：2個
上白糖：80g
はちみつ：20g（＝大1）
重曹：小1/2

水：50ml
薄力粉：130g
固さ調整用の水：5～15ml

あんこ：250g位（100gと150gに分けておく）
※あんこの作り方は「ぜんざいと串団子」のビデオを見てください。
生クリーム：50ml（＝50g）（ステンレス小ボールに入れて前もって冷蔵庫で冷や­しておく）
砂糖：5g (大1/2) .

how can i do if i haven't an electric griddle? can i use a normal non stick pan?

I made this last night for some guests. I did not have cake flour so had to use a mixture of plain and self raising but did everything else exactly. People said they were really nice, especially with the cream inside. One question though, did anyone else find the actual pancake to be a bit dry? Could some oil in the batter help this maybe?

What type of flour do I use. Self raising flour or plain. because they both are cake flour.
