  • very very helpful....I would like to see more of these kinds..

  • Thanks , Very Useful

  • @iPerSeM Oh and BTW, how convenient that you managed to hide the layers panel?? lol try again.

  • @iPerSeM

yeah the difference is in the technique and the fact that you can achieve my technique in half the time it takes to do the other technique. It makes me laugh how it is obvious that you have spent at least 15 minutes (or longer judging by your very poor portfolio website) trying to get them to look exactly the same. Lol how sad.

If you think the techniques are not different then film yourself in photoshop doing both. Have fun wasting your time you loser. :)

what difference do you see here?

  • Awesome tutorial

Thanks so much for sharing it

    keep up good work

    God bless you

  • @iPerSeM No, one uses a gaussian blur and the other uses a layer style. They may look the same to a noob but if you are a digital artist then they make a difference.

  • @troglodyte3344 techniques are pretty much the same, and the result are totally the same.

  • @iPerSeM What I am saying is that there is not need to create a new layer or duplicate a layer, just add the drop shadow to the original layer and then detach it using the technique I have described.

  • @iPerSeM no quite clearly it is not as you have already created the blur using a layer effect. It is in fact much simpler.
