his name is Phra (Monk) Ajarn (Teacher) Dton Tanawiiro and he lives in a temple in San Patong. He would be hard to find on your own but it is possible if you go to San Patong and ask around. Use his name or say say "Sak Yant" (which is the name of the ancient tattoo art) followed by "u nai" (which means "where?")

So for example: "Phra Ajarn Dton Tanawiiro u nai?"
