ok this set is kinda lousy. my tris were fatiguing early - definitely need to work on lockout/fixation. anyway at least i cranked out a few reps.
the other thing i notice with the 16s is because they are a bit on the light side, unless you are concentrating you can end up being a bit lazy and just nudging the bells up rather than being explosive with the leg drive/bump. this probably results in greater tri and shoulder recruitment, leading to unnecessary fatigue and early termination of the set.
