  • @annazt11 Even a simple google search brings up hundreds of pages for Egyptian slavery and even written slavery treaties in ancient Egypt.

  • @christo930 No, just read a simple book on the subject. When the Nile flooded every year, some of the farmers could work on the buildingprojects. They were obliged to do so but they were not slaves.

  • @annazt11 You're joking, right?

  • @christo930 Ancient Egypt was not.

  • @christo930 To give you an idea here, a young male slave was worth about 150 british pounds or so, when you do the conversion into modern monetary amounts and erase productivity gains and take inflation into consideration, a slave was worth about 1/4 of a million dollars (this is not a direct inflation adjusted number, it excludes productivity gains, on a straight inflation adjusted basis, a slave was worth about 20K in todays dollars). Nobody is going starve a 250k human of burden.

  • This idea that the slaves were worked to death is stupid, that only happened in Nazi occupied Europe because the end target was death. It takes an incredible amount of resources to capture and transport a slave, it is much cheaper and more profitable to keep a slave in good health than to keep paying large sums for new slaves. It's only 11 minutes into the documentary and already at least 2 things are wrong.

  • I can't believe what I just heard, that N. Caroline was the "first" slave society. Nothing could be further from the truth. Ancient Egypt was a slave society, Babylon was a slave society, the Roman Empire was a slave society, south America had slaves. Slavery predates writing!

  • Any asshole can say "Islam forever" - what the fuck do you mean? You sound like graffiti - words with no meaning. If you are so proud of being a Black Muslim (most of the followers are prisoners who convert only to be in a "safe group" so they don't get long black dicks rammed up their asses daily. Louis Farrakhan is a fake, a phoney and a crook. His best buddy (now dead thank god),Gaddafi - an arms dealer and terrorist and murderer GAVE Louie MILLIONS for his mansion and Mosque in Chicago.

  • islam for ever
