doesn't this contradict your other video where you showed your before and after pictures for flies? you showed that you actually got bigger when you stopped doing flies

bottom position bench press with a 2-3 inch bar-5x5,weighted dips,incline bottom position bench with a 2-3 inch bar-5x6.simple,effective.

@Doublemac88 it's genetics and muscle insertions. pray you have good looking abs you can't train them to look good, you can get them to show under the layer of fat.

Is there a problem if i do these on cables? I just feel the pump better on the cables.Not to mention that i feel some slight snaps and pops in my shoulders when i do them with dumbells.
