It's probably just me, maybe it was the places where they did the shoots... but it looks like he was faster on the XR650 than the CRF450.

650 is NOT a twin.. 1x racing team is the 1st team within Honda US on that event.. And yes, they have been racing the 450x since '06.. And most comments posted by avs608 are correct.. And reacting to TenaciousTeenager comments.. Since when did Johnny Campbell announced he has quit racing??

johnny campbell doesnt ride anymore. I suppose he's riding a 450 on a short track, considering to race in the Baja 1000 your motor vehicle has to be manufactured to the public, meaning 650R's and 500's are basically obsolete.

Ok has 2 temas A and B teams, the 1x number is cuase they are the current champions, and they ride a 450x....

first of all JOHNNY CAMPBELL is the SHIT.eleven times overall motorcycle Baja 1000 champion. that is enough info if you know anything about desert racing. the XR650R have a 649cc liquid-cooled dry-sump single-cylinder four-stroke engine. No.1 is for current holder of the championship, X is for Motocross. numbers and letters in racing motorcycles mean something. pro-racers normally earn them. there are many teams but only ONE CHAMP.
