This is the third part of my Russian dance tutorial videos. In this part, I will display the dance. Don't forget to take it easy, stretch, and drink water.
It's important to start with a pace you feel comfortable with. Don't try going too fast or too slow, you'll only land on your gluteus or your back (I hope that a faceplant is impossible).
If you have any questions, please post them in the comments, and I will answer them as best as I can. I hope those tutorials were helpful for anyone that would like to learn this kind of dance.
The reason why I deleted those videos and put them back up is because my tutorial videos ended up on another website, and I was not notified. It is an ugly, advertisement-laden website, and my awesome tutorials do not belong there. I changed my privacy settings, but they still worked on there. I had to delete them.
The three first tutorial videos (I might make more in the future) were all made and uploaded on 2011-08-09 (9th of August 2011). They were deleted and re-uploaded on 2011-12-02.
It had 558 views, 4 Likes, and 6 comments.
I will post the original comments here:

@Mirkocc14 The rest is up to practice. I do hope that I can teach a lot of people how to dance like this.

@CookieClansman did you experience knee pain? I would be considered as really fit but trying this trick yesterday left my knees in a bad state. I am not giving up though!

@Mirkocc14 I haven't had any knee pain (that I can recall). Usually, it is my calf muscles that hurt from training too intensely. I recommend stretching first, and not training too hard. I remember when I did my first bunch of videos back in 2008. I didn't stretch and I made a lot of videos (some that are too terrible to put on YouTube). My calf muscles were hurting so much. X_X I'm glad to hear that you won't give up, though! Best of luck with your training! If you need any tips, let me know.

@Mirkocc14 You're going in the right direction already! One-legged squats is what I do. =D
I'm looking forward to your video. ^^

@seansphone1 Try some leg stretching exercises like the split (but go easy on those, you don't want to try to stretch too much too quickly, or else you could get hurt) or the stretches I do in my first tutorial (startingat the 0:41 mark).
When you dance, give a good kick with your foot.
Good luck! =)

Do you have skype and you can watch me do it?

@seansphone1 I guess that depends on how chubby you are. You can try. If you fall, at least you won't fall from a great height.
Actually, I'm curious. Care to let me know how that goes? Thanks. ^^
By the way, if you need more help, send me a PM with your questions, and I'll be happy to help you. ^^
