Rio deserve the 2016 games. the USA has hosted 4 summer games, 4 winter games thats 8 games all together any more times they will have overhosted it.

Brazil is free from that.

This was a point to delgates. (Along with the fact that Rio hosted Pan Am Games 2007 almost in Olympics standards, rasing the bar so high to this continental competition.)

Thanks to Doping Drugs, the US perhaps will win most of the medals - or will it be the Chinese, as it was in Peking? I think the Chinese will once again outnumber the medal numbers of the Americans...
