@LongTimeAnimeFan1998 Yes. I've made several cakes. And if you're trying to make the sides smooth, the rule is to scrape your spatula every single time so you don't leave tracks of scraped off frosting around the sides. I look at these videos to find new tips. Unfortunately, I stumbled across this useless one. Don't be so quick to assume stuff about people, because your assumtion was dead wrong about me. @humannaturedj You said she WOULDN'T. She DID. Who says you MUST scrape it every time? Are you some kind of cake master/expert? I would think not since you were watching a vid about how to make and frost a layer cake.

@LongTimeAnimeFan1998 YOU need to watch the video again. Pay attention to when she kept trying to smooth out the sides, but kept leaving tracks of globs of frosting from not scraping it constantly. You must scrape EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not three times.

I can't believe that the person who put this playlist together doesn't know how to do it in the proper order. *rolls eyes* Also, many of you people bashing these vids can just be quiet. If you don't like it, SAY NOTHING. You DON'T have to say anything. This was about making and frosting a cake... not about how to make a healthy cake. (Which I don't believe there is such a thing.)
