Success is the fruit of relentless discipline.
Life cannot take its toll , never.
There are no excuses to be made. you can still train when you lose your legs , or when your parents die or whatever. (in fact you could use that frustration and anger to train harder)
with all due respect , i'm very stuborn on this , in fact , i lost my GF cause she way holding me down.
EXCUSES ARE FOR THE WEAK , there is not to be bargained with that basic rule.

"Shaking uncontrollably", yeaaaaah buddy!! that's how I prefer to do it!

So if I get sore immediately after or 24 hours after an exercise, than that means that my body is undergoing the adaptive response to create more muscle? I always workout to where I can't do another rep, but my soreness can be pretty modest.

"It doesn't mean pushing like an absolute maniac until your eyeballs are popping out of your skull, and your entire body is shaking uncontrollably!"
That's how my brother works out !!! xD

i agree 100%. i lifted intensely at 14 years old. By the time i was 16 i got really good results for me. By the time i was 18 i started having joint pain. Now that i've had a few surgeries and i'm 23 years old, i started lifting weights i can control perfectly and increasing the weight by 2.5LBs every week. I feel better this way, ad i'm seeing some muscle growth come back. MOst of these guys that go heavy, can't walk and move when they are in their 50s because of joint problems

This is kind of bullshit. Yes you need to train with weights high as possible but if you go to gym every week you need to find out your maximum and then train about 75-90% of maximum what you can do. Training maximum all time is dangerous, Your legs, your back are starting to cause you a lot of pain. Worst of all you will have heart problems.
