Supreme Court overturns Sotomayor's decision in white firefighters case

The U.S. Supreme Court overturned Judge Sonia Sotomayor's decision in the case of white firefighters in New Haven, Connnecticut. Republicans are trying to suggest that this means she is not fit to serve on the Court, but Keith Boykin reminds his GOP counterpart in this MSNBC debate that 4 members of the U.S. Supreme Court agreed with Sotomayor's conclusion.

You're absolutely right, the Repubs are as racist as the Dems!

I think of them as akin two lawyers. They put on a big show in the courtroom, but afterwards they both go down to the local lawyers club, have a expensive beer and a big belly laugh over how gullible and simple-minded the general public is.

The Ds and the Rs do exactly the same thing after the big C-SPAN debate. The only difference is we pay for their club and the expensive beer. They swindle us like two slick grifters.

You make an interesting point, but unfortunately the Republicans have a record of racial politics just like the Democrats. When they rearranged Sotomayor's words around to make it sound like it was pro-white they were appealing to their Republican voters which is about 90-95 percent white. Dems do the same thing in casting that Repubs are racist, exclusive to black people and other minorities. The racist label doesn't fit with Boykin. Just because some suggests race doesn't mean they are racist.

Look. Keith Boykin is about as racist as a person can get. He's a faggot to boot. 95% of the viewing public resent the hell out of both "traits" being shoved down our throats on TV. Yet the mainstream media and the fed. gov't seem to think they know what's best for everyone. I tired of bums like Boykin thinking they can use the race card just because he's black and queer. There is no such thing as a perfectly designed test. The test was designed to be difficult, to highlight the best employees for promotion. It so happens, that the white men scored better. It's not flawed. They worked harder. Plain and simple.
