YOU have to be an IDIOT to be caught here.The Police say it`s the IDEAL site displayed on the Partnership website ( West Midlands) meeting ALL the regulations on signage and visibility.BUT commonsense says the road should be 40mph AT LEAST, but commonsense is over ruled by profit. It`s a great TRAP, with no accident history, generating lots of points and fines.The magistrates are really happy, and you have no excuse!

A speeding driver drove through a red light and knocked a young girl out of her shoes, off a pedestrian crossing and 30m down the road. He made no attempt to brake, and then he fled the scene. The driver's actions killed the girl, as was proved.

Those are the facts. Feel free to continue, but nothing you say will change what happened.

There is NO HOPE if have a closed mind and cannot interpret evidence.The original Judge knew the facts and gave an appropriate sentance.UNFORTUNATELY Abigail rushed into the road WITHOUT LOOKING because SHE THOUGHT the lights were ABOUT to change.The DRIVER did not brake because he could NOT see anyone waiting to cross and the RED light had ended.Very few know the REAL evidence but the media campaign for vengance was overwhelming, not far short of a lynch mob.The driver was NO WAY 100% TO BLAME.

The unlicensed, uninsured, speeding driver ignored the red light and killed Abigail Craen, who was crossing the road at a designated crossing, then fled the scene.

That's all there is to it. Campaign for the tree removal if you like, but the tree is not to blame for the illegal driver's fatal actions.

Paranoid?Please correct any of my facts if disputed.Pershore Rd,Abigail Craen killed whilst crossing.Police said Car jumped REDLIGHT, witnesses said Flashing Green Man (therefore flashing AMBER light to traffic,SHOWN in my clip `Abigail died in vain`).The Birmingham Mail reporter covering story FORGOT to mention that HE had reported about ANOTHER student killed at the SAME crossing.Bristol Road,4 car pileup,TWO people killed,inquest and trial IN SECRET.You have to face the truth at sometime?

You know what environment that road is situated in. You've just got an issue with safety cameras because you elected to be caught by one.

The U.K police have NO CREDIBILITY if they seriously believe the tosh you are trying to justify.EVERYONE wants to make `GOOD PROGRESS` and implementing a 30mph on this DUAL CARRIAGEWAY is obvious MADNESS (or as I implied, just a TRAP ZONE).This low limit makes EVERYONE frustrated, even good drivers.I have researched the accident record here and there is NO real justification. 30 IS RIGHT anywhere there are pedestrians or conflicting traffic but this is just MADNESS from power crazed officials.

@denny174 It's wrong to confuse the speed that a road is driveable on with an appropriate speed for the road, given all the considerations.

Being frustrated by speed limits is a very good indication of a poor driver.

There is no need for any driver to focus on safety cameras.

Speeding fines from safety cameras are entirely voluntary.

The police have RUINED their credibility by enforcing RIDICULOUS 30mph limits in places such as this.There is NO logical reason for 30mph on the dual carriageway except to frustrate drivers and ENTRAP those who are more focussed on the road than the camera.I HAVE driven on that road and 30mph is CHILDISHLY slow and the devious reason is obvious.Police money making tactics have brought the police into DISREPUTE, so I am not surprised so many are taking early retirement, including Paul Scott-Lee.

@denny174 'Must' is irrelevant. Anyone driving that road can know what the speed limit is by the markings. If they're stupid enough not to be able to do this, or think they know better, then the safety camera is there to catch them.

It's 30 for a reason. You can also work that out by just driving down the road.
