Hey, You should try intellectus 424 diet (Search on Google). I dropped a ton of excess weight it is the best diet I have ever tried.

i bought the instant oatmeal variety packs( it comes with these flavors-- raisin & spice, maple & brown sugar, Apple & cinnamon, & regular) .. are those just as ok for my diet to use instead of the whole oats that you had there??

Thanks we took out the artificial sugar and replaced it with fruits or honey.

NO!! instant does not have the fiber that will keep you from getting hungry later in the day. Also it only takes 3 minutes in the microwave to cook the regular oats so how much time will you be saving in any case.

For a single serving:
1/3 cup of oats
2/3 to 3/4 cup of water or milk
a pinch of salt
Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring regularly. Should take about 10 min.
