  • Thanks we took out the artificial sugar and replaced it with fruits or honey.

  • NO!! instant does not have the fiber that will keep you from getting hungry later in the day. Also it only takes 3 minutes in the microwave to cook the regular oats so how much time will you be saving in any case.

  • For a single serving:

    1/3 cup of oats

    2/3 to 3/4 cup of water or milk

    a pinch of salt

    Cook slowly over medium heat, stirring regularly. Should take about 10 min.

  • i bought the instant oatmeal variety packs( it comes with these flavors-- raisin & spice, maple & brown sugar, Apple & cinnamon, & regular) .. are those just as ok for my diet to use instead of the whole oats that you had there??
