Préparez une panacotta au coulis de fraises fraîches, c'est un délice !
Les fraises Prince de Bretagne sont disponibles de mars à novembre — gariguette ou mara des bois selon la saison, l'une ou l'autre vous donneront un coulis inoubliable.
Important : la gélatine se dose à 7 feuilles par litre de crème.
